What penalties will I face for this crime in Georgia? - probate application
A friend and I recently caught with marijuana by a hunter. The director wrote us an appointment for him, and said we need to go to the probate court for it. I asked around and everyone told me not to pay a fine, maybe probation and could lose my license. Can someone help knowledge in this area please? I wish I had a clear answer. I am particularly concerned that this will affect my college applications and career opportunities. It is a crime and is the state of Georgia.

It seems to be placed on probation, if it is less than an ounce. This will affect your chances of getting in the universities and some professional future. I do not know what I do for college and career, so I can not say really how this affects the possibilities in detail.
